• 1 green cardamom + 1 black cardamom + 6 cloves + 2 bay leaves
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 tsp garam masala + 2 tsp ground cumin + 2 tsp paprika + 2 tsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp red chile powder

Preview the full recipe, which includes instructions for the Instant Pot and stovetop. The recipe uses chicken but sub any protein. In this recipe, you can eliminate the need for turmeric, onion, ginger, and garlic with just 1/2 cup of our Punjabi Masala curry starter! 

Items listed together are packaged together as they are added to the recipe at the same time. We always package the red chile separately so you can adjust the heat. No other spices add heat, just flavor. 

Items not included: ghee, almond flour, yellow onion, ginger, garlic, fresh chiles, salt, chicken, tomato, tomato paste, cream, cilantro, and water.
