What’s Included

1 Tikka Masala recipe (makes ~4-6 cups)
1 tbsp unsmoked paprika + 2 tsp ground cinnamon + 2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp garam masala + 1 tbsp coriander powder + 2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp red chile powder
1 pinch hing + 2 green cardamom pods

The recipe uses chicken (2lbs), but sub any protein. Items listed together are packaged together as they are added to the recipe at the same time. We always package the red chile separately so you can adjust the heat. No other spices add heat, just flavor.

Items not included: yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, chicken, onion, fresh green chiles, tomato paste, salt, blanched sliced almonds, tomatoes, ghee, heavy cream, and cilantro.
