Palak Paneer

| /

Indian cheese simmered in pureed Indian-spiced spinach with extra-long-grain basmati rice.

If you love Indian food, you'll love Palak Paneer (spinach and cheese curry). Hearty pieces of homemade Indian cheese marinate in a stew of ground spinach seasoned to perfection with onion, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes. What's not to love? Our version is just like mom made — light on the cream and heavy on the flavor.

Garnish with sliced yellow onion and/or thinly sliced green chiles.
