Indian As Apple Pie is a new public television cooking series hosted by best-selling cookbook author, culinary educator, and entrepreneur Anupy Singla — designed to make Indian cooking approachable, practical, and achievable for home cooks of all skill levels.
The show will premiere nationwide on public television in May 2026. In Chicago, you can watch the show on Saturdays on WTTW beginning May 2, 2026, at 4 PM CT. The series invites viewers into Anupy’s Chicago home kitchen to learn how Indian food can fit naturally into everyday life.
