Coriander Powder

| /

Light, fresh, citrus, and grassy are the flavors you'll get when you use coriander powder. It lends depth to your Indian curries and can also add tang without using lemon juice. The seeds, known as sabut dhania in Hindi, are beautifully round and yellow-green and come from the flowers of the coriander plant, also known as cilantro.

Use the powder in a dish, and it adds a unique, subtle flavor. It's a perfect complement when used along with cumin seeds. Use it when sauteing vegetables like eggplant, okra, and cauliflower, or mix it in with your homemade salad dressing.

We are proud to say that our spices contain NO additives, salt, preservatives, or food dyes.
