I am feverishly trying to finish the manuscript for my first cookbook. It was due today but my awesome publisher Doug gave me another few days. As I was working on rewriting the three eggplant dishes I plan to include I was looking for the official name of the small, round eggplants that we use in many Indian dishes. I came upon a great site that I wanted to share with you that lists all the different varieties of eggplant out there.
Maybe I'll post a recipe at some point...but first back to the book and cooking!
