Last week I had the pleasure to meet a local couple likely as obsessed about good food as I am. They're apparently foodie engineers who have started a blog called www.eataduckimust.blogspot.com.Nihongo o hanashimasu to...the name will make sense. If you don't speak Japanese, hop onto their blog and it will become clear.
